Job Requirements:
-3 years+ experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of multiple different HVAC systems is a must (systems include gas and oil boilers, furnaces, AC, heat pumps and mini splits).
-Ability to perform oil, gas, hot air and hydronic trouble shooting, repairs and cleanings
-Ability to perform preventative maintenance, service and installation of heating and cooling systems and various components
-General electrical and venting knowledge
-Valid drivers’ license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
-Maintain a professional and clean appearance, having uniform always clean and tucked
-Professional attitude and good communication skills
-Must work well with others, have a positive attitude with desire to exceed customers’ expectations
-Must have on-call capabilities (on a rotation) to service emergency needs of our customers (company vehicle provided)
-Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
-Pay is competitive and determined during the interview, based on experience and skill set
