David Simons
President and Founder
daves@simonshvac.comAfter working for several years in the industry, in 2006 Dave decided to utilize his knowledge and expertise in the field and establish his own company. Starting off as a one-man operation with a single van and now a multi-truck outfit, Dave is backed by a crew of dedicated, highly trained, experienced technicians and employees making Simons’ a leading and reputable local HVAC company. In addition to his technical skills, his work ethic, extreme attention to detail, and his ability to problem solve have made him the successful businessman that he is today. Although he does still get out there in the field from time to time, he mostly spends his time in the office or running quotes.
Jason McCormack
Owner and Operations Manager
jasonm@simonshvac.comJason joined our company in June of 2015 after he and his wife, Madeline, returned to the area to be closer to family and begin own of their own. Jason’s previous professions have given him both knowledge and experience in the HVAC field, as well as in general construction, irrigation, water treatment procedures, business management, and more. As the operations manager, he spends his workday running our crew of technicians and salespersons, on-site and from the office. He also is one of our home comfort advisers, meeting daily with our residential and commercial customers guiding them through their equipment installation options.

danyang@simonshvac.comPrior to joining the Simons’ team, Danyan received her degree in Nutrition and Health Policy, then becoming a certified health coach. With having many years in the customer service industry, combined with her education and innate desire to help others, she took the position at Simons’ in 2017. She finds reward in utilizing these skills and passions in order to improve the quality of our customers’ lives through healthier and more comfortable indoor environments. Outside of work, she enjoys being outside gardening, hiking, camping, and swimming. Her other interests are cooking, traveling, going to the movies and hearing live music.
Tammy T
Service Department Coordinator
tammyt@simonshvac.comAfter spending many years in the customer service sector, with a variety of positions, Tammy decided to come join our team at Simons’ in 2014 and has been the main face that our customers see when they walk in the door. She also previously worked for a gas supply company, which is where she became further equipped with the experience and knowledge to allow her to succeed in the HVAC industry. In addition to general administration responsibilities, Tammy handles the daily coordination of our service technicians and scheduling. She genuinely enjoys helping our customers to make their home improvements, and takes the extra time to get to know people on a personal level. She can often be found laughing and joking around with our customers. This bubbly, nurturing attitude is also why she spends much of her free time with her large family, cooking and baking for them, as well as, caring for her many animals. She also has a unique interest in fossil hunting.

Prior to joining the Simons' team, he has done everything from working as a professional photographer, bartender, in restaurant service industry 15 yrs, misc. construction and carpentry, to working as a white water rafting guide. He once spent 5 years on the road traveling across the country RVing. And when not spending time with his dogs, and devotion to his relationship, and family ~ the things which he loves most, Taylor enjoys skiing, hiking, anything to do with the water, and continues to have a passion for photography and helping others.

An adventure seeker, he enjoys hiking through nature or navigating the urban landscape on his e-bike. Among his diverse interests, Kyle is a music enthusiast, gamer, and avid reader, showcasing his flair for blowing glass art at a kiln. Serving as the bridge between customers and installers, rest assured that Kyle ensures a seamless and enjoyable HVAC installation experience every step of the way.

Jacinta is a dedicated and proud mother who has spent 30 years in the hospitality industry. A transition into the field of accounting reflects her genuine passion for working with numbers, especially when they present themselves as puzzles. It's no surprise that she has found her niche in bookkeeping, combining her love for numbers with her wealth of experience in both hospitality and finance. Jacinta's journey showcases the power of following one's passion and finding fulfillment in a career that aligns with personal interests and strengths.

jasonm@simonshvac.comJason’s previous professions have given him both knowledge and experience in the HVAC field, as well as in general construction, irrigation, water treatment procedures, business management, and more. As the operations manager, he spends his workday running our crew of technicians and salespersons, on-site and from the office. As an estimator, he provides options for both our residential and commercial customers. Outside of work, he is busy spending time with his family, and they often take camping trips or are checking out food or music festivals together. When he can find the time, Jason also enjoys snowmobiling, dirt biking, working on his cars, and listening to a variety of music.

daves@simonshvac.comAfter working for 7 years for other HVAC companies as a lead service technician, he went on his own to establish this company and has since expanded to the multi-tech and staffed operation that we have today. His tireless efforts combined with his expertise and innovative problem solving has helped him to become a well-known, respected leader in the industry, locally and throughout New England. During his personal time, if he is not caring for and spending time with his children, he can be found out on his boat, working out at the gym or outside. His other interests include watching sports and movies, comedy, and traveling.

jonm@simonshvac.comJon had been in the customer service and sales industry for 20 years before choosing a full-time career in the HVAC industry. He worked for many years in the restaurant business and held many management positions. Previous to his current position, he worked as an installation technician assistant for Simons' one year, where he learned many ins and outs of the trade hands-on. Jon was born and raised locally, yet did spend a few years out in California and upstate in Plattsburg, NY before deciding to settled down and purchase a house here. During his spare time he likes to play the guitar, go out to eat, and hang with his two young nieces.

Service Technician
Before joining us as a service technician, Ken worked doing HVAC maintenance and repairs, as well as, winterizations of homes on the lake. He was 609 certified to work on automotive AC units, which gave him much of the knowledge required to succeed at his current position. He also trained with our lead technicians until he was ready to go out on his own. His skills and hard work ethic led him to greatly excel in our company and in the industry. For fun, Ken likes to partake in many outdoor sports and activities such as wakeboarding, camping, and 4-wheeling. He also has a passion for cars and, what we call an obsession, with Jeeps (he has 3).

Installation Field Manager
Before his position at our company, Tom worked in welding and construction. He has since been one of our lead installation technicians since 2014. He works a lot on new construction projects and finds satisfaction in the details involved with seeing the installation through from start to finish. Outside of work, Tom spends his time with his wife and two young sons. When he can, he likes to spend time outside hunting, fishing, and 4-wheeling.

Ryan B
Installation Technician
After working for two years in maintenance and in a local body shop, Ryan joined our company in hopes of putting to use his knowledge of machinery, electrical components and expanding this by learning the field of HVAC. He did this by determination and hard work, along with completing our company’s Lennox training sessions and is now one of our main installation technicians. He specifically takes enjoyment in new construction projects. For fun, Ryan likes to rock climb; and his love for working on cars has not subsided- his other biggest hobby is building model cars along with attending car events.

After graduating from trade school with his certification, Jake joined our company where he furthered his HVAC skills through completion of our Lennox training programs. He chose this field because he values being part of a team and doing hands-on work. He specifically enjoys being able to work on new equipment, but still likes the challenge of the older units as they give him the opportunity to put his skills to the test and to solve problems. During his free time, he is spending time with his family. He is also a football fanatic, and catches as many games as possible, or gets outside to play.

After completing the local BOCES HVAC program, and having a job in the retail industry, Kyle is now putting his awesome customer service, communication and tehcnical skills to use as a star installation assistant. He enjoys the HVAC field of work because he appreciates the ability to keep moving, and working, and not having much down time. His favorite type oof equipment to work on are mini spits. He is from Queensbury and lives in the area with his 1 year old husky, Louis. During his free time he plays the bass guitar and pickup basketball!
