After spending many years in the customer service sector, with a variety of positions, Tammy decided to come join our team at Simons’ in 2014 and has been the main face that our customers see when they walk in the door. She also previously worked for a gas supply company, which is where she became further equipped with the experience and knowledge to allow her to succeed in the HVAC industry. In addition to general administration responsibilities, Tammy handles the daily coordination of our service technicians and scheduling. She genuinely enjoys helping our customers to make their home improvements, and takes the extra time to get to know people on a personal level. She can often be found laughing and joking around with our customers. This bubbly, nurturing attitude is also why she spends much of her free time with her large family, cooking and baking for them, as well as, caring for her many animals. She also has a unique interest in fossil hunting.
