Job Requirements:
-3 years+ experience in repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting & installing of multiple different HVAC parts/systems
-Ability to perform oil, gas, hot air & hydronic trouble shooting, repairs & cleaning
-Ability to perform preventative maintenance, service & installation of residential & commercial heating & cooling systems & components
-General electrical & venting knowledge
-Valid drivers’ license & clean driving record
-Maintain a professional appearance, having uniform always clean & tucked in
-Must follow strictly follow company’s protocol relating to COVID
-Good, professional communication skills
-Must work well with others, have a positive attitude with desire to exceed customers’ expectations
-Must have some on-call capabilities (on a rotation) to service emergency needs of our customers; company vehicle provided
-Pay will be determined during the interview, based on your past experience & the skills you can provide our company
-Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
